Loco Team Mentor needed for Ubuntu Women's Project

Greetings all!
   At yesterday 's Community Council meeting it was affirmed that the  
Ubuntu Women's Project is indeed a Loco Team.  We have a mailing  
list, website, IRC channel, launchpad group, but I am personally  
requesting some help on moving the team toward becoming an "Approved"  
Loco Team.  The group has become much  more active recently and there  
are lots of folks to help but we (I) just need some guidance on the  
overall process, standardization that we might need to have, etc.  
before going before the CC to be "Approved."  Any volunteers?
