Loco Team Mentor needed for Ubuntu Women's Project

How does that work? What's the reasoning behind the Women's Project being
a local community team? Which local community is represented? I rather
hope that the project can be considered a worldwide international project
rather than a local project.

If the view of the Community Council was that the team should submit for
approval, that's fine; but I don't really think that we should take that
literally to mean that the Women's Project is now a local team in any
other respects, or have I missed something?
