Spanish Speaking LoCo's and FLISOL

Is this the correct translation? "Latin American Installfest" (Lit:
The Festival Latin American of installation of software freedom) It
sounds very cool, like a big party with speakers.

I think that many LoCo teams sharing information is a good thing, if a
USA team has lots of spanish speakers would they be welcome? or is it
teams which are in Spanish speaking countries? (i.e Spain)

I think it would be good to openly invite from all LoCos and ask that
people be prepared to speak and read spanish so as not to put a
translation burden on the teams it's focusing on.

Thoughts?
