Wrong time zone for events when subscribed via Google Reader ?

Hi everyone

One of Ubuntu QC members noticed the RSS feeds publish time in UTC, not
in the timezone our team is in. I initially though this was only Google
Reader acting up but the data is wrong in the RSS feed itself.

Given the few events we have, I am starting to understand why some
people showed up at seemingly random times or just didn't come to some.

This is visible in the RSS feed we publish:

I've posted a bug about this but was curious if other teams have the
same problem. Here's the bug:

Cheers,

Fabian
