Invitation to Join the Ubuntu Leadership Team

I would like to thank both you (Amber) and David for getting this off
the ground. I think it is a worth endeavor. I have seen too many teams
have issues to 'leadership' dilemmas. I think this group, and the idea
behind it, have a great deal of potential to help teams avoid 'drama'.
