[lubuntu-devel] Suggestion - do a user interface refresh for the 23.10 cycle?

I have been running Lubuntu for a long time, back to '07 when it was
LXDE . . . now I'm running lunar . . . .  So far very few if any
problems with theme or DE stuff on my '12 Mac Pro.

It'll be a couple days before I rotate back to it . . . there were
issues with how ubuntu tries to grab control of grub and make itself
the other system to boot . . . that was messy to handle, but
otherwise, it literally has been . . . "a breeze."
