[lubuntu-devel] Bug#1091096: src:picom-conf: unsatisfied build dependency in testing: liblxqt1-dev

Somehow my email setup is b0rked and I'm only just now learning about
this bug. Mohammed Bilal graciously prepped an NMU to fix it, which he
sent me a debdiff of and which I reviewed and +1'd, so hopefully this
won't be a problem for much longer. I guess I'll figure out what I did
wrong with emails so I don't let this kind of thing happen again.

Please do not consider this acknowledgement to be "maintainer activity
on the bug" for the purposes of delaying an NMU. The fix can go
straight to the archive, it does not need to be delayed.
