clicking below drag bar with some widget styles

NEED HELP NOBODY CAN REPRODUCE MY BUG.

move the mousepointer to the right edge of screen, click BELOW the DRAG
BAR.  (when using Lubuntu-Default window theme w/ Document Viewer)
clicks don't work.

I just need 1 person to confirm this.
