we agreed that lubuntu.net needs an overhaul.  Needs some new stuff.
The new lubuntu.net on www.whiteboar.info has been going very smoothly

Let's finish the website on www.whiteboar.info.
I've put up a document here

please use that document to propose any changes.  If no more changes,
we will consider the website to be ready, and we will upgrade
lubuntu.net with the new theme and pages and design.
