Lubuntu 12.04 Powerpc

That sounds an awful lot like the problem I had with 11.10 dailies
initially on my G4. /etc/apt/sources.list needs to be edited such that
the mirrors are something like archive.ubuntu.com rather than just archive.

Anyways, I've kind of neglected that machine but had planned to give it
another shot once 12.04 is official. At least assuming that the PPC
build doesn't disappear this time like it did once 11.10 became
official. Take a look at the Alpha release of 12.04/Precise and you'll
find no PPC there. Yeah, maybe I should burn a copy.

Long story short: PPC support is unofficial and community supported.
Which is to say it could use more people like you, Dan. I'm all for
writing an official HOWTO if there will actually be official ISOs.

Does anyone know the status of official PPC builds when 12.04 is
official? Julien?
