Would like reporting bugs to be more intuitive

Perhaps a "Found a Bug?" menu item in the left hand side bar where the
"Mailing List", "Artwork", etc buttons are would be good?

I'm not sure who looks after that but hopefully they'll read this and
see what they can do.
