Openbox Configuration Manager - Lubuntu 12.04

Are you sure that you have "Openbox Configuration Manager" installed?
You can install it with "sudo apt-get install obconf" if you don't have
it already.
If it doesn't appear to any menus, you can run "obconf" in run dialog,
which you get by pressing ALT and F2 or run it in terminal.
