Thanks.  Got it.  But it won't finish booting on my hardware.  It gives
the "Fixing recursive fault but reboot is needed!" error.

It happens both with setting video=... and without so I don't know of a
way around it.

The Alternate image installs ok, but then has that same error when
trying to boot the installed system.
