Add BlueGriffon icon to Menu->Internet

Hi guys.  I have BlueGriffon installed and I've successfully placed a
BlueGriffon icon on the desktop.

I also want it to show in Menu->Internet.  How do I do it?  Currently
"Internet" has Google Chrome, Firefox, Pidgin, Sylpheed, and Transmission.
I want BlueGriffon in there too.
