Switch from ibus to fcitx for input method ?

Hi,

I'm thinking of using fcitx instead of ibus for the input method by default
on Lubuntu, since ibus launch a lot of stuff by default and fcitx has good
feedbacks.

Do people who use input method have some comments on fcitx usage ? I would
be very interesting to have some feedbacks (I don't really use input
method).
