AW: Operating System Missing when booting with flash inserted

I have a machine with a BIOS that does not have a USB-boot option, but 
elsewhere in the BIOS under USB Configuration has choices for USB 
emulation, in which the USB device can be set to emulate a hard drive.  
If so, it may then be looking at that "hard drive" for an OS.  Other 
choices include "No emulation."
