I may be offbase here, but you can execute  "xev" in a terminal (command
line) and it will tell you the name of the key being pressed.

When I press the Windows key on my keyboard, it's named "Super_L".  If I
hold the FN key and press that same Windows key, it says "Super_R".

But, I don't see any entries in $home/.config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml. Maybe
there's another rc.xml with key bindings. But, those are the names I'd use
to add a key binding to that file.
