Download it. Assuming it downloads to ~/Downloads/sddm-config-editor:

 1. cd ~/Downloads
 2. chmod +x sddm-config-editor
 3. ./sddm-config-editor

Try again with `killall -s 9 compton`. Then to make sure it's not
running, do `pgrep compton`. If it comes back with nothing, you're good.
Then try running `compton` again.
