  * debian/control:
    - Drop references to xplash.
    - Bump standards version
    - Bump debhelper build dependency
    - Drop cdbs build dependency
    - Build depends on mythbuntu-common.
  * debian/compat:
    - Bump
  * debian/rules:
    - Use the standard mythbuntu rules file.
  * Keep the xsplash files though, because we still refer to them elsewhere.
