[Maas-devel] New package requirements for avahi integration

Hi,

My branch that publishes the MAAS server name over Avahi requires two
extra packages to be installed:

- avahi-daemon -> should already be installed on all desktop
- avahi-utils -> probably also installed. (That one is required to run
the tests only)

Diogo took care of installing them in the Jenkins install.
