Well, that makes sense for the Story lanes because a story isn't done
until all its related tasks card are done. But for defects, I think they
are standalone in themselves. And if a defects wasn't found during QA,
it probably still makes sense to drive through the QA lane.

I've removed the Done sublane from the Defects swimlane.
