[Maas-devel] Juju bootstrap and maas log errors

This normally means that your MAAS does not have any nodes available for 
allocation.  Juju itself needs a node to run on, but it's not getting 
one from MAAS.

The most likely explanation is that all the nodes in your MAAS have 
either not completed commissioning, or already been allocated for other use.
