[Maas-devel] Issues in the branch lander

Context: on the call this morning I heard that there are problems with
RabbitMQ processes piling up and saturating the landing machine's
memory.

I wondered if there might have been a change in RabbitMQ in Trusty
that was causing rabbitfixture to not tear down properly, but I can't
reproduce any issues locally. I ran 1000s of set-ups and tear-downs in
two processes running concurrently and didn't get a single leak...
which is good, but doesn't help us here.

Perhaps I need to investigate in-situ.
