Hello there,

    I just wrote up a document that describes limitations in power
control with PDUs and WoL, and I'd like to invite feedback here:

This has been prompted by Newell's recent work to enable an APC PDU. I
believe the limitations apply to any PDU, such as the DLI controller we
have in-tree. Let me know if I've missed something obvious and
otherwise, let's see how we can help Newell with some of these issues.
