[Maas-devel] MAAS 1.7.1 RC3 Released for Testing

Dear all,

We have officially released MAAS 1.7.1 RC3. This release addresses the
following two issues:

#1409952    Correctly parse MAC Address for Power8 VM enlistment.
#1409852    Do not fail when trying to perform an IP Address Reservation.
