Nodes could not be commissioned

Hi Amira,

Yes, there is a 'virsh' power type, but the instructions are a bit hard to
find - I think they have gone missing from the current docs. They are here:
https://docs.ubuntu.com/maas/1.9/en/nodes#virtual-machine-nodes
