Yes it is, but I believe that option is only available with a DRAC. Is DRAC
a requirement?

But that still doesnt address the failing to deploy on the one node with
DRAC that I CAN commision but cannot DEPLOY because it's timing out before
the server is done going through it's BIOS boot sequence. It also doesnt
address the issue of the IPMI power configurations being overwritten.
