Error connecting to BMC

Hey Ryan,

So my only experience here is with AMT on the Intel NUCs but I assume
implementation is identical across AMT enabled boards. AMT has a management
IP address which is set in the Intel MEBx / AMT setup screen (ctrl+p on
boot usually).

This is *completely* independent of how the OS deployed on the unit
acquires an IP address, I believe there are ways to configure the AMT + OS
to share an IP but I'd avoid that unless you absolutely have to. My advice
as a starting point would be to configure the address for AMT statically
and then exclude that range from allocation by MaaS. Then set that static
IP as the power address in MaaS and you should be good to go. It may also
help to set the Power Control > Idle Timeout value to 65535 we've found
previously.

This is tested on BIOS versions 0027 and 0035 so I can say with some
certainty they work, I'm unsure about others.

Cheers

Gary
