First of all congratulations to the team for this new release, and especially
for the detailed release notes, this is incredibly helpful.

Currently maas is not published in tracks per version (e.g. 2.3/stable), so the
day maas 2.4 is pushed to the store, what will happen with environments running
2.3 and trying to deploy a new rack controller?, is there assurance that a 2.4
rackd will be able to talk to a 2.3 regiond?, for example if the admin disabled
serving the images over HTTP that won't be honoured by this newly deployed
rackd.
