Currently maas is not published in tracks per version (e.g. 2.3/stable), so the
day maas 2.4 is pushed to the store, what will happen with environments running
2.3 and trying to deploy a new rack controller?, is there assurance that a 2.4
rackd will be able to talk to a 2.3 regiond?, for example if the admin disabled
serving the images over HTTP that won't be honoured by this newly deployed
rackd.
