    - d/clamav-freshclam-ifupdown: Modernize some parts of
      the script.  Implement support for networkd-dispatcher.
    - d/clamav-freshclam.links: Install the
      clamav-freshclam-ifupdown script inside the proper
      /usr/lib/networkd-dispatcher/{off,routable}.d/
      directories.
