Resizing, Unity8, BufferStreams oh my!

Unity8's stretchy/jiggly resizing was fix released 3 days ago apparently:

    https://bugs.launchpad.net/qtmir/+bug/1497083

I had a fix proposed back in August but it was deferred in favour of
hybrid options that can support stretching on demand.

See also another issue kind of related that still needs some love:

    https://bugs.launchpad.net/qtmir/+bug/1510382
