Mir 0.18 Released

Hello all,
Mir 0.18 was released to xenial today, and to vivid+overlay for phone
images last week.

A few notable things in this release (sorry to committers if I inadvently
miss some enhancements):

* removal of the android input stack in favor of libinput
* multimonitor stability improvements for android phone
* groundwork for changing our renderers and buffer submissions, which will
better prepare us for Vulkan, multimedia and latency improvements, and for
supporting internet-of-things devices.
* around 60 bugs fixed
