Adding the overlay part of vivid+overlay in sbuild chroots

In the hope that its helpful to someone... (alternatives exist, like
entering the chroot golden image, and manually changing)

Step 1, create the chroot:
mk-sbuild --target=armhf --arch=amd64 --eatmydata vivid --name vividoverlay

Step 2: place "61add-overlay-ppa" (attached) in "/etc/schroot/setup.d" and
make sure its chmod +x

Step 3:
put the line:
local.overlay=true
in the file:
/etc/schroot/chroot.d/sbuild-vividoverlay-amd64-armhf

Step 4 build with something like:
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck sbuild -c vividoverlay-amd64-armhf -d vivid
--host armhf --build amd64 qtmir_0.4.6+15.04.20150827.1-0ubuntu1.dsc
