Reasons to require platforms to link against libmirplatform

The future is now. The main motivation for this change disappeared a few
years ago. Current standard libraries seem to be able to deal with typeinfo
behind module boundaries. For now input platforms do not need to link
anything to be able to talk to a mirserver. And for now I am not continuing
that refactoring. We still might do a split of libmirplatform some time in
the future.
