Despite not being listed as a sponsor, I'd like to speak in favor
of Luca's application. During the run up to gutsy's release, Luca was
very helpful in chasing RC issues for otherwise unloved leaf packages,
in all of providing fixes, assisting in testing, and reviewing
changelogs to close old bug cruft after the package finally received
attention.

Further, I've found Luca's work with deb-o-matic useful in
providing a minimal autobuild environment, both for providing a quick
means to generate binary packages for testing without waiting for the
PPA queue, and for providing a lighter front-end for local
repositories.
