  * Apply patch from
    http://cvs.fedoraproject.org/viewvc/devel/unixODBC/odbcint64-config.patch
    to ensure we get the necessary (U)ODBCINST64 defines.  Thanks to
    Matthias Klose for the pointer.  Closes: #582591, LP: #620428.
