  * New upstream release.
  * Bump build dependency on sip to 4.12.1.
  * Add "--verbose" to common configure options.
  * Add fix_qthelp_ftbfs.diff to fix QtHelp FTBFS with ld --no-add-needed.
    (LP: #692822)
  * Drop patches that are applied upstream:
    - kubuntu_01_fix_uic.diff
    - kubuntu_03_uiparser.diff
    - qreal_float_support.diff
  * Adapt debian_configure_changes.diff to new upstream version.
