  * Drop a whole load of build-depends which are only required when
    building the whole toolkit, and subsequently pass a lot more
    "--disable-" options to configure
    - update debian/control
    - update debian/rules
  * Add patch to not require mesa-common-dev as a build-dependency
    - add debian/patches/dont_require_mesa.patch
    - update debian/patches/series
