  * QA upload.

  * Added d/gbp.conf to enforce use of pristine-tar.
  * Added d/watch file.
  * Replaced d/copyright with machine readable edition
  * Added vcs entries to d/control pointing to Salsa.
  * Updated to debhelper compat level 13.
  * Updated Standards-Version from 3.9.8 to 4.7.0.
