  * Add patch to fix missing declaration for main_window_add_status_icon()
    (Closes: #1066611)
  * d/control: Remove Homepage.
    It no longer exists.
  * d/NEWS: Remove.
    The only entry is from 2006, which is no longer news.
  * d/source/lintian-overrides: Silence patch-not-forwarded-upstream.
    There is no active upstream to which patches could be forwarded.
  * d/watch: Remove.
    None of the upstream locations have been updated for years, and the
    one we were watching for releases doesn't even exist any more.
  * d/control: Use recommended debhelper compat level 13
  * d/control: Explicitly build-depend on pkgconf
  * d/control: gmpc-dev depends on pkgconf in preference to pkg-config
