  * Remove d/upstream/metadata duplicate and incorrect field.
  * Bump to Standards-Version 4.6.1 (no changes required).
  * Update d/copyright file.
  * Add Rules-Requires-Root: binary-target as building of this
    package required root privileges at some point.
