  * New upstream release.
  * Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
    - bump extra-cmake-modules to 5.92.0
    - bump libexiv2-dev to 0.27
  * Manually clean lib/kpabase/version.h, as it is generated in the source
    directory. (Closes: #1047117)
  * Run the unit tests:
    - add the libqt5sql5-sqlite, xvfb, and xauth test build dependencies
    - run dh_auto_test via xvfb-run, dropping the override for it
