    + Do not update po-files during build
  * Drop duplicate libdir argument to autotools
  * Update copyright information
    + Convert d/copyright to machine-readable format
    + Ensure that 'licensecheck' is run with the C.UTF-8 locale
  * Re-fresh patches with 'gbp pq'
  * Apply 'wrap-and-sort -ast'
  * Bump standards version to 4.6.2
