  * d/control: Stop generating from control.in
  * d/control: Add ${gir:Depends} to -dev package
  * d/control: Add ${gir:Provides} to -dev package.
    This will give it Provides: gir1.2-gudev-1.0-dev which libmanette can
    build-depend on, in preparation for potentially moving some or all
    GIR XML to its own binary packages in future to help with
    cross-compilation and bootstrapping. (Helps: #1030223)
  * d/rules: Use /usr/share/dpkg/default.mk instead of dpkg-parsechangelog
