  * Team upload.
  * debian/control:
    + Build-depends on python3-all-dev.
    + Do not mark package python3-cairo as Multi-Arch: same. For details,
      please refer to lintian tag multi-arch-same-package-calls-pycompile.
  * debian/clean: Also clean some common post-build artifacts.
    This prevents source build failure after a previous build.

  * debian/rules:
    + Use "py3versions -s" to build for all supported python3 versions.
    + Let dh_auto_test-indep do nothing because sphinx build does not
      need tests.
  * These changes makes pycairo built for all supported python versions.
    (Closes: #1055488)
