xvattr (1.3-0.6ubuntu2) disco; urgency=medium

  * d/rules: Modernize packaging using minimal dh sequencer.
  * d/p/gtk-macro.patch: Use GTK 2-specific macro to fix autoreconf error.
  * d/p/pod-encoding.patch: Declare UTF-8 encoding in POD file to fix FTBFS.
  * d/p/respect-cflags.patch: Use more specific CFLAGS variable in
    Makefile.am so that hardening works properly.
  * d/p/01_gtk.patch: Drop, no longer needed now that we're running
    autoreconf.
  * d/menu: Remove - superseded by desktop file.
  * d/control:
    - Bump Standards-Version to 4.2.1.
    - Build-depend on debhelper (>= 11~).
    - Update homepage URL.
    - Depend on ${misc:Depends}.
  * d/source/format: Indicate 3.0 (quilt) format.
  * d/install: Add files to install, which were previously in d/rules.
