  * Backport to Noble (LP: #2120318)
    - Use vendored LLVM (src/llvm, d/control(.in), d/rules, d/config.toml.in,
      d/copyright)
    - Switch to older libgit (d/control, d/control.in, d/p/u/ubuntu-libgit2-downgrade.patch)
    - Disable building Enzyme (d/p/u/ubuntu-enzyme-use-system-llvm.patch)
    - Remove artifacts only used early in the build process after they are used;
      this prevents the build server from running out of space.

    - Add Lintian overrides for LLVM source (d/s/lintian-overrides(.in))
