  * Update rsyslog apparmor profile to cope with log sockets in
    chroot directories (LP: #2138647):
    - d/usr.sbin.rsyslogd: add attach_disconnected flag to profile
    - d/t/{control,haproxy-logging}: new test to confirm the fix
