  * Resynchronise with Debian.  Remaining changes:
    - Allow btrfs /boot on amd64/i386, now that grub2 supports it.
    - Add support for creating and mounting btrfs subvolumes corresponding
      to / and /home, in case of a btrfs rootfs.
