  * New upstream snapshot. Fixes:
    + innshellvars overriding $HOME. (Closes: #584234)
  * Switched to libdb5.1. (Closes: #612591)
  * Properly use wget for FTP to fix buildinnkeyring. (Closes: #612677)
  * Fixed the incoming.conf permissions in inncheck.
  * Switched packaging to 3.0 (quilt).
